Shipping and Return Policy

Production time for custom orders is generally 2.5 weeks plus any blacklog. Backlog is wait time due to an excessive number of orders. Truck freight shipping is generally 2 to 7 days depending on destination.

Shipments should be examined BEFORE signing shipping receipt from the freight company. If it appears that damage has occurred during shipping, the freight may be denied by the customer at that time. Damage found after the shipment has been received is far more difficult to process.
