SUPER C RV Single Wheel Off-Road Conversion

The Off-Road Conversion Package from Buckstop includes all the necessary components to take an RV from mild to wild! Kits are available for Ram 5500, Ford F550, and F600 chassis RV’s. The kit includes tires, wheels, suspension, fender flares, and front bumper. Each component of the kit is integrated to optimize functionality. We build the Conversion on a choice of three different suspension systems – LiquidSpring, Wildland Active Electronic Suspension, and Buckstop Legacy Suspension with Remote Reservoir Shocks.

Buckstop Truckware has been manufacturing bumpers since 2001 and largely pioneered the Single Wheel Conversion process in the Fire Brushtruck industry since 2015. We are now applying the same technology to the RV industry adding excitement to the Super C range of vehicles!

We can ship the complete Kit to your preferred installer or we can build out your RV at or Central Oregon or Central Texas Location.

All components come in a textured black powder coat finish. Buckstop 8K Pro HD Forged Wheels are precision made 100% in USA. Bumpers are top-of-the-line - offered in three styles – complete front coverage with tubing over the headlights, stylish center bar only with LED light, and basic bumper with no grill coverage whatsoever. It’s player’s choice as to the look and protective characteristics of the bumper. Winch and lights are not included, but the bumper is fully prepped for accessories. They can be purchased separately here on the website. Fender Flares come either unfinished for paint or textured in a UV stable black similar to OE factory.

F600 DISCUSSION –The Ford F600 is an increasingly popular platform boasting higher weight capacity with 15,500lb rear axle, 7,500lb front axle, and 22,000lb GVWR overall. The most well suited tire is the 365/80r20 with different brands rating in the range of 7,800 to 8,300 pounds. 365 tires are nominally 43” in diameter and require a 2” taller suspension lift than the 335/80r20 tires with a 41” diameter. We often see Super C coaches with actual rear axle weights in the 13,000 to 14,000 pound range. It is not absolutely necessary to use 43” tires if you will not add maximum weight to the rear axle. Our preferred 41” Petlas and Michelin tires offer 14,330lbs and 14,780lbs rear axle capacity respectively.
